I was honored to photograph some maternity shots for two of my best friends this weekend. I got a new 70-300mm lens for my birthday, so it was just in time. We headed out to Mercer Slough Park (after an amazing breakfast at Chace’s) and captured some great moments.
I’ve been using my 18-55mm lens since I got my camera about 5 years ago. But since I’ve been working more on my photography I felt like I was ready to expand. I still have work to do to master this new lens – some focus issues and overall workability, but overall I was happy with the outcome.
